Thanks LB for this tidbit from Express Night Out. If anything could get me to Clarendon Ballroom (considering I'm not a fan of fancy dress, bars, or the mating rituals of Arlington County), it's free cupcakes. MMMMMM.
FYI, the picture is of cupcakes we ate from Baked & Wired this past winter. I'm not sure about the origins of the Express cupcakes.
